Our Policies

Our overriding goal is to keep things simple for you and for you to be completely satisfied with our services.  Please take a minute to look over our policies:

 

  • Please check our rates for specific costs.
  • For new customers, we will visit you at your site. 
  • For larger jobs, or upon your request, we will provide you with a written or e-mailed quotation or estimate for the job at no charge.
  • Most common questions or problems can be resolved quickly over the phone or by an e-mail.  If you have an established relationship with us, there will be no charge for phone-only or e-mail support lasting 10 minutes or less.
  • Wireless networking issues, hardware malfunctions, malware infections, or more serious issues usually require an on-site visit.  Systemic issues such as a corrupted operating system require that the affected system be brought back to our lab as the repair procedure is lengthy.
  • If your issue or problem requires follow-up, please let us know and we will respond promptly. 
  • We may hire or consult with sub-contractors or other providers within our network, or contact hardware and/or software vendors as necessary in order to complete your job.  This will not increase any existing quotations.
  • If your job, task, or request falls outside of the scope of our services, we will attempt to find you a suitable provider at no charge.
  • The safety of our customers' data is of paramount importance.  If, in our opinion, a job or task to be performed involves risk to your data, we will ask you if you have a current backup that is complete and usable.  If you do not, we will ask that you create one.  If you do not have this capability or are unsure how to do this, we will do it for you for a small extra charge.
  • When work has been initiated or completed, we kindly ask that you respond in a timely manner to any communications from us regarding the work.
